Welcome to Dominique Anderson Consulting, where I help clients have positive social impacts, in diverse communities, through development. I am Dominique, your Social Impact Strategy Consultant. I am a passionate connector and communicator. In addition to my expertise and experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, I also have an amazing network of thought leaders, creatives, community builders, social innovators, and real estate professionals that I work with.
My background ranges from education to public relations and real estate to entrepreneurship. I recently managed Nashville’s first Community Land Trust, as well as other work in affordable housing and public-private partnerships. Previously, I led equity, diversity and inclusion, as well as social innovation and entrepreneurship, with a focus on affordable housing, at Vanderbilt University’s Wond’ry Innovation Center.
